We may use support and order information to answer product questions, verify delivery issues, process returns, and maintain accurate customer service records. For condition-based questions, photos of the item and packaging are more useful than general descriptions alone.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Order Information may include name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, phone number, purchased items, order value, delivery details, and support messages.

This means checkout data is safeguarded using industry-standard encrypted transmission before payment details are handled by Shopify Payments.

Because our ecommerce tools may operate internationally, information can be processed outside the customer's location and retained as needed for operations, legal compliance, disputes, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement.

Bathroom Product Support Records
If a customer contacts Vjqnd after delivery, support messages may include photos or notes about a textured top, rubber foot pad, folding hinge, side wall, underside, U-shaped opening, carton label, or protective packing. These records help us determine whether the matter involves shipping damage, an incorrect model, missing part, return request, or product listing question.
Customers do not need to share personal health details, bathroom routines, medical history, or private household information to receive support. If a photo is needed, a close-up of the stool part, carton, or label is usually enough. We use those details only for order fulfillment, delivery support, payment support, returns, exchanges, fraud screening, and customer service connected to Vjqnd purchases.
Bathroom Photo Privacy Boundaries
If a customer accidentally sends a wider bathroom photo, Vjqnd uses it only to understand the product issue and does not treat visible room layout or household items as data for marketing segmentation. The goal is to identify the stool model, condition, or order record, not to profile a customer's home or health needs.

Health Information Not Requested
Vjqnd does not ask customers to provide medical history, digestive health details, mobility information, age, weight, disability status, or bathroom-use habits to purchase or receive support for a toilet foot stool. If a customer includes such information voluntarily, support will use only the product-relevant part of the message where possible.
For most support cases, photos of the stool part, carton, order label, or visible damage are sufficient. Customers should avoid sending private bathroom images or personal documents when a focused product photo can show the issue.
Model and Surface Review Data
When Vjqnd reviews a support case, the useful information is normally product-level information: model name, approximate height, surface texture, hinge position, rubber foot-pad condition, carton condition, and whether the stool is unused. We do not need bathroom-use narratives, personal symptoms, or household details to process a standard order question.
If support receives unnecessary health or personal details, we do not use those details for advertising, customer scoring, or product profiling. The support review remains limited to the order, product condition, delivery event, return eligibility, refund record, or payment dispute if one exists.
Close-Up Photo Preference
For privacy, Vjqnd prefers close-up images of the product instead of wide bathroom images. A focused photo of the rubber pad, hinge, top texture, side wall, U-shaped curve, or shipping label is usually enough to understand the issue without exposing personal spaces.
Support Messages Are Product-Limited
Vjqnd support only needs enough information to identify the order and visible product issue. A message that says “rubber pad missing,” “hinge arrived damaged,” or “wrong color received” is more useful than personal background information. If extra personal context is sent, it is not used for marketing segmentation or customer profiling.
Bathroom Accessory Data Minimization
Vjqnd applies a narrow data-minimization approach for bathroom accessory support. We only need the order number, contact email, product model, and a practical description of the visible issue. If the concern is a rubber pad, hinge, textured surface, color, or package label, the support record should stay focused on that object-level information.
We do not request or evaluate health status, bathroom frequency, body measurements, household composition, medical conditions, or accessibility needs. Customers should remove or avoid showing personal items in photos whenever possible. A cropped image of the stool part is preferred.
If a payment provider, carrier, or Shopify service provider processes information connected to a Vjqnd order, the purpose remains limited to checkout, fraud screening, delivery, return processing, refund tracing, or support recordkeeping for the specific purchase.
