Customers in Singapore should be able to compare product details, shipping expectations, and return steps without finding conflicting statements.

Vjqnd checkout charges are for ordinary household bathroom accessories only. The payment total does not include professional installation, medical advice, therapy claims, mobility support, or bathroom safety services. Customers are paying for the selected physical stool model shown on the product page, with the displayed height, color, material, and package quantity.
If an order is refunded, the payment record may be linked with the returned model, inspection notes, and support messages so the refund can be handled accurately. That review is about the Vjqnd product and order, not about the customer's health, bathroom routine, or personal needs.
Bathroom Accessory Order Matching
Vjqnd payment records are matched to a household bathroom accessory, not a service appointment or consultation. The selected SKU, height, color, and product profile are the key details used if a payment, refund, or fraud-review question occurs.
Customers should not include card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, medical details, bathroom photos, or personal-use explanations in payment support messages. Shopify Payments handles payment credential verification, while Vjqnd support handles only the order and product context visible in the store record.
Refund Traceability for Foot Stools
